I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, unless requested with a unique caption.
You can cancel your order at any time after placing the order for 14 days from the receipt of the order. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. If the 14 days have expired, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or exchange.
I accept cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

In the event of a return, you must pay the cost of packing and shipping the urn already delivered, which is already paid by the seller. This must be paid to the seller first. Return postage is also borne by the buyer. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the impairment..

Yes, I ship abroad.

If you want to put all the ashes of a person in the urn, you will need a large urn of at least 3.9 liters. If you buy an urn 240 c.i. all ashes will fit. The best way to make sure you are the right size is to measure the box in which the ash is stored.
I make urns in all sizes. My urns are an art object.
The most important thing for me is to make an urn that is just as unique and personal as his departed personality. If the urn is not full size, you can choose from several options.
My experience is that my clients sometimes buy more urns and distribute the ashes to more than one person. Or another option is the partial scattering of the ashes.

My urns are not threaded, because it may cause problems in future when the wood reacts to the humidity in your home. The design of the lid is often fragile, you should not use force to open it. That's why I make a simple lid, you can easily close it. If you want it to be closed permanently use a little bit of silicon glue. If you use just a little, you will be able to unlock it in future if you decide to scatter the ashes.
You can keep the lid open. Advantage of this is that you can turn the lid in any position that you like. You can keep the ashes safe by using a plastic bag (see filling instructions).
If you want a snug fit, you can apply a little bit of tape at the tenon of the lid.
Be aware: only put force on the base of the lid. 

You can fill the urn by placing a simple plastic bag in the urn. Blow some air in the bag, so it will spread inside the urn. Then take a funnel and spoon the ashes gently into the urn.

My urns are delivered outside the EU with UPS normal package,
usually within 3-7 days, or express will deliver less within 2-3 days. You can follow your package with the track and trace code. They only ship to a normal address, P.O. boxes are not allowed.
UPS requires a phone number so please add your phone number to guarantee a quick delivery! UPS might use this number if you need to pay import taxes.
The rules for import taxes differ from country to country, Etsy does not collect this for you.

My urns are durable products. I do not use waterproof wax or varnish due to its natural appearance. If you want extra light, rub it in with wax, I use beeswax, but you can also use furniture wax. A little of the wax is applied to the urn (only on a smooth surface) with a soft dry cloth and then wiped over.
Please keep your urn out of direct sunlight and don't place it near a heating source.
